Vink is geen aparte app en geen clouddienst, maar een set boekhoud-skills (een plugin) voor Claude Code. Je installeert Vink in je eigen Claude Code en draait het in je eigen map. Daardoor is de privacy-opzet simpel:

Wie maakt Vink?

Vink wordt gemaakt door AM Oord Consulting (KvK 99399466) in Amsterdam; “Vink” is een handelsnaam. Omdat Vink geen data van je ontvangt of opslaat, zijn wij voor je boekhoudgegevens geen verwerkingsverantwoordelijke: die bestanden staan en blijven bij jou.

Waar je data staat

Alles wat Vink aanmaakt of bijwerkt, staat lokaal in de map die je zelf kiest:

Er is geen centrale opslag, geen inlog en geen synchronisatie. Vink kan niet bij je gegevens; ze verlaten je computer alleen als jíj ze deelt (zie hieronder).

De AI-verwerking loopt via jouw Claude Code

Vink draait ín Claude Code. Om je in gewone taal te kunnen helpen, stuurt Claude Code je verzoek naar de AI erachter: Claude van Anthropic. Daarbij kan meegaan:

Belangrijk: dit gaat via jouw eigen Claude Code en je eigen afspraken met Anthropic. Anders dan bij een clouddienst voegt Vink hier geen eigen server, API-sleutel of tussenlaag aan toe. De verwerking valt onder het privacybeleid van Anthropic en de voorwaarden van Claude Code. Anthropic traint niet op data die via de commerciële Claude-API wordt verstuurd.

Wat lokaal blijft (zonder internet)

De harde berekeningen doet Vink lokaal, zonder iets te versturen: factuurnummering, BTW-berekening, en het renderen van PDF's (via een headless browser op je eigen machine). Eén uitzondering:

Updates via GitHub

Je installeert Vink en haalt updates op via de plugin-marketplace op GitHub. Daarbij worden alleen de gebruikelijke technische verbindingsgegevens uitgewisseld (zoals je IP-adres, onvermijdelijk bij elke internetverbinding). Er gaan geen account- of boekhoudgegevens mee, en wij ontvangen hier geen gebruiksstatistieken uit.

Deze website (vinkapp.nl)

Deze website wordt gehost door Vercel en gebruikt Vercel Web Analytics: geaggregeerde, cookieloze bezoekstatistiek zonder persoonlijke profielen. Dit gaat uitsluitend over websitebezoek en staat los van de plugin en je administratie.

Grondslag

Vink verwerkt zelf nauwelijks persoonsgegevens. Voor de geaggregeerde websitestatistiek is de grondslag ons gerechtvaardigd belang (Art. 6(1)(f) AVG); als je ons mailt, verwerken we je e-mailadres om te reageren (Art. 6(1)(b/f) AVG). Je boekhouddata beheer je zelf als bestanden; daarvoor treden wij niet op als verwerker. De AI-verwerking valt onder je eigen afspraken met Anthropic/Claude Code.

Jouw rechten (AVG)

Je administratie bestaat uit gewone bestanden in je eigen map: je hebt volledige inzage, kunt alles zelf aanpassen, exporteren of verwijderen, zonder ons en in open formaat (CSV, JSON, PDF). Voor de weinige gegevens die wél bij ons langskomen (mailcontact, websitestatistiek) kun je inzage, correctie of verwijdering vragen via info@vinkapp.nl. Klachten kun je indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

In short

Vink isn't a separate app or a cloud service, but a set of bookkeeping skills (a plugin) for Claude Code. You install Vink in your own Claude Code and run it in your own folder. That keeps the privacy setup simple:

Who makes Vink?

Vink is made by AM Oord Consulting (Chamber of Commerce 99399466) in Amsterdam; “Vink” is a trade name. Because Vink never receives or stores your data, we are not the data controller for your bookkeeping data: those files are and remain with you.

Where your data lives

Everything Vink creates or updates stays locally, in the folder you choose:

There is no central storage, no login and no synchronisation. Vink cannot reach your data; it only leaves your computer if you share it (see below).

AI processing runs through your Claude Code

Vink runs inside Claude Code. To help you in plain language, Claude Code sends your request to the AI behind it: Anthropic's Claude. This may include:

Importantly, this goes through your own Claude Code and your own agreement with Anthropic. Unlike a cloud service, Vink adds no server, API key or intermediate layer of its own. This processing is governed by the Anthropic privacy policy and the Claude Code terms. Anthropic does not train on data sent via the commercial Claude API.

What stays local (no internet)

Vink does the exact calculations locally, without sending anything: invoice numbering, VAT calculation, and rendering PDFs (via a headless browser on your own machine). One exception:

Updates via GitHub

You install Vink and receive updates via the plugin marketplace on GitHub. Only the usual technical connection data is exchanged (such as your IP address, unavoidable for any internet connection). No account or bookkeeping data is sent, and we receive no usage statistics from this.

This website (vinkapp.nl)

This website is hosted by Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics: aggregated, cookieless visit statistics without personal profiles. This concerns website visits only and is separate from the plugin and your bookkeeping.

Legal basis

Vink itself processes hardly any personal data. For the aggregated website statistics the basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); if you email us, we process your email address to reply (Art. 6(1)(b/f) GDPR). You manage your bookkeeping data yourself as files; we do not act as a processor for it. The AI processing falls under your own agreement with Anthropic/Claude Code.

Your rights (GDPR)

Your bookkeeping consists of plain files in your own folder: you have full access and can edit, export or delete everything yourself, without us and in open formats (CSV, JSON, PDF). For the little data that does reach us (email contact, website statistics) you can request access, correction or deletion via info@vinkapp.nl. You can file complaints with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
